This policy explains what ReceiveSMS.ink collects, why, how long we keep it, and who we share it with. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
Every message sent to one of our free numbers is displayed publicly on this website and is visible to anyone, including search engines. Anyone can read it. Never send personal information, banking details, private conversations, or credentials to a free number, and never use a free number to secure an account that matters to you. If you need privacy, use a private number, which is visible only to you.
ReceiveSMS.ink (“we”, “us”) is a service operated by Docs Printing SRL, a company registered in Romania, which is the data controller for the personal data described below.
Docs Printing SRLStr. Lacul Roșu nr. 5When a text message arrives at one of our numbers, we store the sender’s phone number, the destination number, the message body, and the time it was received. We do not control who sends messages to our numbers and we cannot prevent a sender from including personal data in a message.
You can browse the free numbers without an account. If you sign in with Google to buy a private number, we receive and store your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile picture URL. We never receive your Google password.
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers — we store only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the subscription status, and the billing period dates. Stripe’s handling of your payment details is governed by its own privacy policy.
Our servers and our hosting and CDN providers log standard request information such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days.
One limitation worth stating plainly: messages received on free public numbers are not tied to any account, and we usually have no way to verify that a given message relates to you. All such messages are deleted after 30 days regardless.
This service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
